OLDSMAR, FL March 16, 2005--- Brainville, Inc., a Tampa-based provider of customer information systems (CIS) consulting and wireless field systems consulting has recently been certified as a Women and Minority Business Enterprise. This certification is applicable to consulting and project management services in the utility industry.
