Troubleshoot and Revalidate steps and prepares a course of action for moving the
project team forward.
Initially, the roles and responsibilities of
all project participants are reviewed and documented.
Brainville, Inc. develops an encompassing project plan.
Within the plan, tasks are defined and assigned to the individual team
members.
By providing the team with an understanding
of their contribution and measuring the results, the team can be directed to
accomplish their assignments and participate in the project’s success in a
meaningful way. Throughout this
process and the remaining project phases, Brainville, Inc. provides continual
coaching and mentoring to the team to accomplish the project’s goals.
By using an encompassing plan, the team is
refocused towards those activities that create value for the subsequent project
phases. By utilizing the plan on a
day to day basis the team members develop a better understanding of how their
part fits into the overall plan. By
incorporating metrics into the process, the team recognizes their collective
progress and instills a “can do”
attitude in their daily activities.
