Troubleshoot and Revalidate steps and develops a course of action for moving the
project and the team forward.
Initially, the roles and responsibilities of
all project participants are reviewed and documented.
Within the project plan, tasks are defined, assigned to the individual team
members, and the results measured.
We provide the team with an understanding
of their contribution and measure the results, to help team members accomplish their assignments and
see how they are contributing to the project’s success. Throughout
the project, Brainville, Inc. provides continual
coaching and mentoring to the team members to accomplish the project’s goals.
By using an encompassing plan, the team is
refocused towards those activities that create value for the subsequent project
phases. By utilizing the plan on a
day to day basis the team members develop a better understanding of how their
part fits into the overall plan. By
incorporating metrics into the process, the team sees their contribution and instills a “can do”
attitude in their daily activities.
