Brainville, Inc. was founded in 2003 to
provide objective business advice and project management to companies investing
in a customer information system (CIS), CRM, or Billing system.
We define ourselves narrowly as project
management experts, with the unique perspective of understanding how each
project role, from programmer to stakeholder and managing executive, contributes to the success
of the project.
We manage projects using our
proprietary methodology based on the Project Management Institute's Project
Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and rigorous application of metrics, and a
continually refined project schedule.
Although
quantitative approaches contribute to successful projects, ultimately it is
about people and how they are managed. The people skills and business
orientation are hallmarks of our
organization. By
managing personnel well and
applying sound decisions, we mitigate many of the
challenges and pitfalls that are typical of enterprise implementations.
