Janis
Sapiega, President and CEO
Janis
Sapiega co-founded Brainville, Inc. in 2003. She is responsible for
guiding the firm's overall strategic direction, as well as overseeing day-to-day
operations. Ms. Sapiega also leads the team building and personnel
management aspects of Brainville's practice.
Before
Brainville, Inc. Ms. Sapiega provided management consulting services in the
rehabilitation industry, specializing in company start-ups, program development
and staff, and quality assurance.

Sapiega graduated from the
University
of
Florida
with a bachelor's degree in health science.

Edward
Sapiega, Vice President
Edward
Sapiega co-founded Brainville, Inc. in 2003. Mr. Sapiega is responsible
for leading the on-site delivery of all project management services. Mr.
Sapiega brings 28 years in the utility industry and a strong analytical
foundation to bear, while keeping an unwavering eye on the project's schedule
and economics. As a member of the project team, you can depend on Mr.
Sapiega to advocate your business position with third-party entities.
Prior
to Brainville, Inc., Mr. Sapiega was vice president of North American Utilities
for Xansa, Inc., a software product and services corporation. At Xansa,
Inc. Mr. Sapiega lead a staff of 65 people encompassing customer management,
project delivery, product development and support. Mr. Sapiega was
responsible for strategic and tactical planning for the business unit, directing
the sales force, and implementing client programs.
Mr.
Sapiega graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's of
science degree in computer science, and a master's degree in business
administration.
