Progress through the activities provides input to meeting the schedule,
but acceptable deliverables lead to a successful project.
Our high quality delivery focus permeates the
project plan and measuring its progress.
Deliverables that are substandard cause downstream problems that become much more costly to
fix later in the project. Our
approach begins with well defined requirements—a stated requirement is not complete
unless a deliverable is associated with it and the quality of the deliverable
can be objectively measured -- and, when accepted, it meets all of the requirements.
