Arbitration Support
Arbitration is a substitute for a trial and
review of a trial court’s decision by appellate courts.
It is a process in which one or more arbitrators hear evidence from the
parties to a dispute and then issue an Award
that decides who gets what. In some
instances the arbitrator may accompany the Award
with an Opinion explaining the
reasoning that led to the Award.
Brainville, Inc. does
not act as an arbitrator, but does offer support to utilities or software
vendors and their legal counsel who have elected to utilize the arbitration
process to solve a dispute. Our
