About Us

Brainville, Inc. was founded in 2003 to provide objective business advice and project management to companies investing in a customer information system (CIS).

We do not try to be all things to all clients.  We define ourselves narrowly as project management experts, with the unique perspective of understanding how each project role, from programmer to managing executive, contributes to the success of the project.

Brainville, Inc. manages projects using a methodology based on the Project Management Institutes Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), rigorous application of metrics, and maintaining a timely project plan and schedule.  Although such quantitative approaches are required for successful projects, equally important are the people skills and business acumen that are hallmarks of our organization.  By maintaining personnel and applying sound business reasoning, Brainville can mitigate many of the challenges and pitfalls that are typical of CIS implementations.
