About Us
Brainville, Inc. was
founded in 2003 to provide objective business advice and project management to
companies investing in their customer information system (CIS) a combination of
CRM, billing, and field service.
We do not try to be
all things to all clients. We define ourselves narrowly as project
management experts, with the unique perspective of understanding how each
project role, from programmer to stakeholder and managing executive, contributes to the success
of the project.
Brainville, Inc.
manages projects using its proprietary methodology based on the Project Management
Institute's
Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and rigorous application of
metrics.
Although
quantitative approaches contribute to successful projects, ultimately it is
about people and how they are managed. The people skills and business acumen that are hallmarks of our
organization.
By managing personnel
(internal, contractors, vendors) and applying sound business decision making, Brainville mitigates many of the challenges and pitfalls that are
typical of CIS implementations.
